Leading cleaning product supplier, Sheffield’s Gems Hygiene, is helping a local start-up business become the ice cream of the crop in the specialty desserts market.
Gems has taken fledgling company, Yee Kwan, under its wing, providing the ice cream and sorbet expert with free products and advice on how best to clean food preparation areas.
